With a vision for a distinctly modern aesthetic, we redesigned this traditional villa from the inside out—featuring a striking facade characterized by the interplay of volumes and geometric shapes, a mix of materiality, and expansive windows.
Reflecting the same design philosophy inside, we embraced mixed materials and double-height volumes within the family living area and formal dining—all while safeguarding privacy by integrating numerous sliding doors that elegantly recess into the walls when opened.
To further differentiate spaces while preserving an open atmosphere, the upstairs layout houses all the bedroom suites, a pantry, and a family living area with captivating ground-floor views.
