This modern Mediterranean villa combines diverse design style preferences to create a five-bedroom haven that radiates elegance and warmth.
The exterior facade evokes a timeless charm with travertine and natural stone finishes, while the ornate doors with geometric corniche patterns and distinctive iron balcony banisters bring out extra character.
Once inside, a central lobby welcomes you, connecting various wings of the house. The majlis leads to a private office with a view, accentuating visual cohesion. At the same time, the open floor plan fosters a harmonious coexistence between the family room, playful recreational area, and captivating Florida room.
