To reimagine two original penthouse suites into a collection of modern apartments, we embarked on a redesign journey encompassing 34 studios, two 2-bedroom apartments, and one 1-bedroom unit.
Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the surroundings from the balcony, where the water and sky meet in perfect harmony, our design ethos revolved around the seamless integration of natural materials, textures, and minimalist furnishings.
Venturing beyond the ordinary, we elevated the space by incorporating lighting fixtures as art installations within the walls and ceilings. Furthermore, we curated a range of simple yet sophisticated furniture pieces in shades of gray with subtle blue accents.
